If I had to choose a character in this book It would be Adam because he is being brave of joining the Marines. Adam is seventeen years old his mom doesn't want him to join the Marines. Adam is staying with his grandpa his mother is in an other country. Adam asked his grandpa to sign a paper for Adam to join the Marines. His grandpa signed it and Adam is off to boot camp. When Adam saw the place where the Marines stay, he said that he has seen a similar place like that. Adam had to write a letter to his mom saying that his grandpa signed the paper to join the marines and not to worry, get sad, and not to be mad.

I dislike this character because he is in the dark side.I like the plot because every time I start reading the book it gets better but what I dislike is when the character is being mean to the others.
